Dr. Katarzyna Wasilewska-Flores (Dr. Kasia) was born and raised in Warsaw, Poland. Her love for animals was obvious from the earliest years, she would spend her summers in the field reading to cows or singing to grandpa’s backyard chickens, rabbits and barn cats.

She attended Warsaw University of Life Sciences and graduated with a doctorate degree in veterinary medicine. While still in vet school, she travelled to US on a few occasions, fell in love with LA sun and decided to move to California in 2013. She is licensed to practice in Poland, United Kingdom and US. 

Her interests lie in feline medicine, small animal dentistry, anesthesiology, internal medicine and dermatology. She has 3, very demanding kitties and a chihuahua, that was recently rescued from the streets by Animal Wellness Foundation. After hours, she enjoys a good read, rock climbing, hicking and... knitting!
